Your browser (such as Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer) and platform (such as Macintosh or Windows) control font display sizes. Font sizes appear slightly larger in windows-based machines. If the type is too big for the window, decrease the font size.

In Netscape, use the view menu. In Explorer, use the view menu and select fonts, smaller. You can set your browser to display fonts at a smaller size by default. In Netscape select appearance...fonts...size. Try size 10 or 12.

In Explorer select view...network options....fonts...font size...small...set as default...OK.

If you have trouble with the graphics on the random sampling page, enable scripting or enable Javascript in the system preferences. Usually Javascript is already enabled.

Two sections of the simulation require helper programs. The factory walk-through needs Quicktime, from Apple Computer. The Process Simulation requires Authorware Web Player, from Macromedia. The remaining sections need only the browser application.
